"Fantastic Fan Service is as HONEST as it gets. My Casablanca ceiling fan stopped working so I called Casablanca to troubleshoot. They gave me the name of a service company (a different one) to repair it. I called and they told me that I would need $210 in parts but since they do not provide service in my area, they would ship to me for an additional $22, and in addition to that, I would have to go out and find a local service center and pay them too! Oh, and did I mention that any parts I receive are non refundable! Yikes! Not happy with this option, I called back Casablanca and asked for a different referral -- Fantastic Fan Service -- so I called and spoke to Kelly. She was professional and patient - a real sweetheart. I explained what I had been through with the other company and she told me it didn't sound right. She immediately put me through to George, the owner. He explained that likely all I need is a replacement remote for about $80 which includes tax and shipping. ONLY a remote!!! And if the remote isn't a match, they would gladly accept my return for full refund. Well sure enough, the remote worked. Thank you Fantastic Fan for a job well done. Happy!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"Great service this morning provided by Ray of Fantastic Fan! Called last week about two Casablanca fans that we were sure needed replacing, both fans were at least 20 years old and had completely stopped working. Spoke to Kelly who passed my message along to Ray, their serviceman in our area. Ray called that afternoon, listened to what the issue was, told me that it was likely the "electronics" that needed replacing, and that the repair for both fans would be approximately $500. Ray arrived on time, went straight to work, and repaired both fans in about 40 minutes. His diagnosis was correct, he was prepared with the parts needed to fix the fans, and the final price was lower than he had quoted on the phone as one of the fans did not need all of the parts that he thought it would. "What a great service! My 34-year-old quality Casablanca fan started to exhibit a problem. I learned about FFS through the website for Casablanca. I called and talked with an extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional staff member. She made sure to have the technician telephone here to discuss the problem. He did so and then was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Ray showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour (as it so happened, the fan required a few particular adjustments, not new parts). For $95.00, the fan is like new.
